PDF page selection
Put PDF pages in your order
The order you type is the output order. You do not need to rearrange the original file first.
3, 1, 2produces page 3, then page 1, then page 2.5-7, 1-2produces pages 5, 6, 7, 1 and 2.3, 1, 3produces pages 3 and 1. Repeated page numbers are removed after their first appearance.
Ranges run forward
5-3 is rejected. To reverse three pages, type 5, 4, 3. A page outside the document, zero, a blank segment or text such as “all” is also rejected.
Check the full sequence
The selection summary updates as you type. Changing it clears the previous output, so an older download cannot be mistaken for the current selection. Create a new PDF after each change.
Check the file positions first
A cover, contents page or blank sheet counts as a page in this tool. If a chapter is printed as page 1 but appears fourth in your PDF reader, enter 4. For a twelve-page file, 10-12, 1-3 keeps the final three pages first, followed by the first three. Pages outside that list are not added to the output page tree.
Review before sharing
Download the new file and check the first page, the last page and each transition between ranges. Links, comments, bookmarks and interactive features are not preserved. Keep the original if you need those features later.
