Supported PDFs and limits
This first version supports ordinary, unencrypted PDFs up to 10 MB and 500 pages. Processing takes place on this device and large or complicated pages can use considerable memory.
Files we reject
- Password-protected or encrypted PDFs, including files with editing restrictions.
- PDFs containing an AcroForm or permission/signature structure, even if its visible form looks empty.
- Detected signature dictionaries and unreadable files.
Detection is a compatibility guard, not a guarantee that every unusual signature or malformed file will be recognized. Use the original signed document when signature validity matters. We do not remove passwords, flatten forms, repair files or validate signatures.
What is preserved
The selected pages and their page content are copied into a new PDF. Links, comments, annotations, article threads, document-level attachments, document metadata and interactive behavior are not preserved. Bookmarks are not copied. This tool selects pages; it is not a redaction or forensic sanitization tool. A PDF may render differently in different readers; always review the result.
Preview and mobile browsers
Download is the primary way to save and review the result. The optional new-tab link depends on your browser’s PDF viewer; no inline PDF viewer is embedded in this tool. Actual iOS Safari has not yet been verified for this release. Scanned pages can be copied, but no OCR or editable text is added.
