How PagekeepKit handles your PDF

Your selected file is read into this browser’s memory. The PDF tool does not upload it to a server, send its text to a model, or store the file in browser local storage. Its processing code and PDF library are served with this tool.

What stays on your device

The source bytes, selected page numbers and generated output stay in the current browser session. Downloads are saved wherever your browser normally saves files. Clearing the document releases the app’s references and output link; closing or refreshing the tab ends the session. This is not a promise of forensic erasure from device memory or your downloaded files.

Requests and tracking

PagekeepKit contains no advertising script or analytics tag. Loading a page requests the app files from our hosting provider, Vercel. Those ordinary web requests are separate from the PDF processing that happens in your browser. Vercel handles operational and security request data under its own privacy policy; the PDF tool does not transmit your document bytes or selected page numbers. Links to external documentation open sites with their own policies.

Support messages

If you email support, your message and address are used to respond to the issue. Email sent to our domain is forwarded by Spaceship to our Gmail support inbox; those providers process the message and routing information. The domain address receives mail only. Replies, when needed, come from our Gmail inbox. Describe the browser, page count and error without attaching a confidential document. The contact page lists the current support channel. Hosting information is available in Vercel’s privacy policy.
