Describe the issue without sending the document
A page count, approximate file size, browser name and the exact error message can help explain a problem. Do not send the PDF, its passwords, personal information or confidential contents.

What happens to a support message
The domain address receives mail through Spaceship forwarding into our Gmail inbox. It is not a file-upload channel. If a reply is needed, it may come from the Gmail address rather than the domain alias. There is no guaranteed response time, and you do not need to create an account to use the tool.
Useful steps to include
Tell us whether the issue happens while selecting a file, entering page numbers, creating the output, or downloading it. You can describe a minimal example using a non-confidential document you created yourself. Include the expected page order, but leave out names, document text and private file paths.
